I can't believe this is FREE! As a diabetic and recently retired, my goal is to get off all medications. I have been going through the videos and learning so much through this process. Now to start putting it into use. I have never been a cook until recently. After retiring and with the pandemic, I started cooking much more than I used to. The only vegetables I used to eat were corn, peas and asparagus! This has given me hope that I can learn to use other vegetables to help me on my path to better health. Also, I was woefully short on the amount of fiber that I was getting because I was using mostly refined foods. This has definitely been an eye-opener! It was well worth taking the time to listen to all of the videos. Really good suggestions. The website is also very good as people post their meals and it gives me ideas on what I can do.
