Dice up 2 large potatoes, spray with olive oil spray, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon celery salt and 1 teaspoon basil. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until browning.
Dice up 2 cups broccoli and brown with 2 cups spinach in a skillet on medium high heat. Season with 1/4 teaspoon celery salt, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon lime juice.
Scramble 3/4 cup of egg whites and salt to taste.
On a plate, layer potatoes, veggies, and eggs.
