Karen Smith is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator. She has 18 years of experience as a registered dietitian in various settings, including public health, community nutrition programming, and clinical practice.
Karen is an active member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and recently became board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine. She is passionate about providing evidence-based information and resources to help people take control of their health.
Karen completed a 12-week coach training program through WellStart Coach in 2019, and enjoys empowering others to visualize their desired outcomes and commit to taking action to achieve their goals and realize their capabilities and potential.
Karen provides telehealth nutrition services for 15 different states.
