Mediterranean Tossed Salad

This tangy tossed salad is perfect for pretty much any meal.


1/2 bag mini sweet peppers mixed
1 16oz container salad spring mix
1/2 medium red onion diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 8oz can green olives quartered
1 15oz can garbanzo beans
1/2 tablespoon dill dry
1 tablespoon honey
1 clove garlic minced
2 tablespoons cilantro diced
1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Wash and dry your salad mix and place in a large bowl.

Slice your bell peppers, olives, and onions and add them to the salad mix.

Add beans to the salad mixture.

In a separate bowl whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dill weed, honey, garlic, cilantro and black pepper.

If you're serving all the salad at once, mix dressing with salad, toss well and serve.

If you're packaging these separately, divide up your salad into 4 servings and bag separately. Divide the salad dressing into 4 different dressing containers. Toss salad with dressing immediately before eating.
