This creamy sorbet is bursting with real peach flavor.
Ingredients
1 16 ounce bag peaches frozen, unsweetened
1 Tablespoon Florida Crystals (organic cane juice crystals) or sugar 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Cool Whip® fat free
Directions
Thaw peaches until they soften, about 30 minutes. Put thawed peaches and juice in a food processor or blender, and process or blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process or blend until thoroughly mixed. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker. The ice cream will be ready to serve in 45-60 minutes. Alternatively, you can freeze the mixture, which should be ready to serve in 2-3 hours.
Tips
Fill up your popsicle forms with the mixture and surprise the kids, or the kids at heart, with a guilt-free peachy treat.
