Roast Beef Dinner Power Up

Powered Up Meal: 513 calories and 15 grams of fiber!

Powering up this dinner is pretty easy because you’re still having 4 of the same foods. We’re powering it up by adding an easy to cook steamer bag of broccoli with cheese and a side of blackberries. We choose the mini cupcakes so you can still have dessert while others can enjoy more of them.

Here's a picture and list of ingredients used to create this Power Up meal.

  • 5 oz roast beef
  • ½ cup potatoes
  • ½ cup carrots
  • 1 cup broccoli with cheese
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 mini cupcake

This meal total is now 513 calories and 15g of fiber. Now that’s a meal the whole family can enjoy without complaint.

We went from 5 grams of fiber to 15 grams of fiber in our Power Up meal. This dropped the calories from 903 to 513.
