Air-fried Cauliflower Wings

Serve your wings with this avocado white bean sauce for an extra flavor boost.

75% water-fiber foods – cauliflower, white beans, avocados, garlic, fresh basil
25% foods – almond flour, almond milk, olive oil

Loaded Sweet Potato Nachos

Don’t be shy; pile on the water-fiber foods, and keep the oil and cheese at a minimum. Feel free to add other 75% foods your friends or family likes. Diced red pepper and sliced black olives are a hit at our house.

Baked Southwestern Eggrolls

Pile on the beans, corn, diced chiles, spinach and onion. Serve with guacamole and salsa. Use only 1 cup of cheese, and you'll leave off a lot of saturated fat and calories without compromising taste.

Mexican Potato Skins

The cream is the only 25% food here. You can leave it off altogether, or if you decide to use it, keep it to a tiny amount for just a hint of flavor.

Football Fruit Cones

Replace the cream in the recipe with this healthier version. Since both the cone and cream are 25% options, use just a tiny bit of cream or skip the cone altogether.
