Broken into fun, interactive lessons, our group programs offer the instruction, support, and accountability people need to make meaningful changes. 

We provide all of the content and materials. The only missing ingredient is someone to facilitate the sessions.

Get certified to run a program 

In this training, we’ll teach you everything you need to know to run one of our programs. 

The Full Plate Living Healthy Lifestyle Program is an 8-session nutrition program perfect for hosting groups in-person or online. Anyone passionate about helping others improve their health can facilitate it.

The Shared Medical Appointment program is designed for clinician use. It’s an opportunity for providers or their staff to help several patients at once and potentially be reimbursed by insurance for the time spent.

The Full Plate Methodology 

Our programs teach people how to start eating a high-fiber diet — a delicious, scientifically proven approach that can lead to more energy, lower cholesterol, better blood sugar, and weight loss.

With Full Plate Living, there are no forbidden foods, no points to count, and no guilt or shame. 

Once people start eating enough fiber — from a long list of foods they already love — everything else can fall into place.
