For many of us, anxiety has slowly affected various areas of life – our physical health, emotional wellbeing, our relationships with other people and even our spirituality. Elliot Smith has good news – we don’t have to feel powerless.
As a therapist, social worker, Manager of Spiritual Care for a hospital system and pastor, Elliot has tackled anxiety in almost every conceivable circumstance. In this workshop, he will explore the difference between 'normal anxiety' and 'clinical anxiety', common sources of anxiety, and the importance of treating the 'whole self' when searching for answers.
