Caprese Salad

Fresh mozzarella cheese and tomatoes pair up wonderfully in this tasty version of an Italian favorite.

Ingredients

2 cups cherry tomatoes yellow
1 cup cherry tomatoes red
1 cup tomatoes of choice
4 oz mozzarella cheese fresh ball
1/2 cup basil finely chopped1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 6 - oz can black olives quartered
1 clove garlic

Directions

Slice cherry tomatoes in half, and slice all other tomatoes in rounds. Drain the black olives and quarter. Dice mozzarella cheese into small cubes. Mince garlic and basil, then add to balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and toss well. Serve chilled.

This salad is perishable, so you'll want to eat it all at one meal.
