Guacamole Mexicano

The diced avocado makes this zesty pico salad much more filling. Perfect for any southwestern fare.


12 medium tomatoes Roma, diced
1/2 cup onion diced small
1.5 medium avocado diced
1.5 medium limes juiced
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste


Dice your onions very small.
Dice your tomatoes and avocado.
Add lime juice and salt to taste.
Mix everything and serve immediately.
This salad is very perishable, so you'll want to cook it right before you eat it.


Add 1/2 jalapeno diced for a bit of heat.
