Lasagna Roll Ups

Much easier to make than tradition lasagna, these yummy roll ups are still Italian to the core.
Ingredients
5 lasagna noodles whole wheat
1 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup fat free ricotta cheese or low fat
2 cloves garlic minced
1 10-oz package frozen spinach thawed, drained, extra water squeezed out. 2 tablespoons basil fresh
Directions
Cook 5 lasagna noodles according to package directions. Cut each noodle in half, making it about 3.4 inches long instead of 7 inches. You should have 10 noodles total.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Make filling, then spoon 1 tablespoon inside each noodle, roll it up, and place it in the baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over the lasagna noodles.Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
Filling
Thaw out frozen spinach, then drain and squeeze to remove extra liquid. Chop basil and mince garlic
In a medium bowl mix together ricotta cheese, garlic, spinach and basil.
