Presenter Biography
Dr. Darren Morton, PhD, is an internationally recognized wellbeing expert and Director of the Lifestyle Medicine & Health Research Centre at Avondale University. He is a Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and helped develop the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine’s certification exam. Darren's research focuses on evidence-based approaches to mental health, leading to programs like The Lift Project, which have impacted thousands globally. He is an author & avid outdoorsman.
