Oven Roasted Broccoli
Broccoli and garlic pair up together perfectly for this simple side dish. Pairs up wonderfully with any casserole, pasta dish or meat.
8 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon celery salt or to taste
Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl toss broccoli with the olive oil, garlic, and seasonings. Move broccoli to baking pan and place in oven. Cook for 25 minutes, or until broccoli starts turning lightly brown.
You can cut the fat in this recipe even more by using olive oil spray instead of the tablespoon of olive oil. Simply spray the broccoli until lightly coated while mixing with the seasonings.
