Spinach Raspberry Smoothie

Need to eat more greens? Here's a sneaky way of getting some spinach in.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 1 medium banana, sliced, frozen
  • 2 cups spinach, packed
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or low-fat milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

Let your frozen fruit thaw out for about 10 minutes.

In a blender, add milk, raspberries, bananas, spinach and honey and blend on high until smooth...about 2-3 minutes.

Serve immediately, or place in popsicle forms in the freezer to enjoy as a frozen treat later.
