Stuffed Peppers

Use leftover chili to stuff sweet peppers for a meal later in the week.

Ingredients

6 bell (sweet) peppers

4 1/2 cups chili beans

Directions

Cut the tops off the sweet peppers so you can pour in the chili. Place each pepper side by side in a baking dish and fill each with 3/4 cup of chili. Baka at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
