Summer Cookout Salad

Refreshingly sweet yet tangy this quick salad is perfect for any cookout event.

Ingredients

2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
1 pint blueberries
1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
1 medium avocado diced1 cup corn frozen
2 oranges diced
1/4 cup Fat Free Basalmic Vinaigrette

Directions

Cut cherry tomatoes in half and dice up avocado. Roughly chop 2 cups of romaine lettuce. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add dressing and mix. Refrigerate until serving.
