Sunny Summer Salad

Feast on this delightful dish that will make you forget a traditional salad even exists.

Ingredients

8 cups romaine lettuce chopped
1 pint raspberries
1 avocado diced
1 1/2 cups pineapple diced1 cup fennel sliced
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1/2 cup 100% orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Whisk together the olive oil, pepper, coriander, orange juice, and lemon juice to make the dressing.

Toss the lettuce, fruit and dressing mixture together.
