White Bean Spread
Not a hummus fan? No worries, this delicious white bean spread is the perfect replacement in wraps, sandwiches, or as a dip.
Ingredients
1 15oz can cannellini beans (white kidney beans) drained and rinsed 2 cloves garlic minced1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup fresh parsley
Directions
Drain and rinse beans.
Mince garlic.
Dice Parsley.
Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate in air tight container for up to 5 days.
