White Bean Spread
Not a hummus fan? No worries, this delicious white bean spread is the perfect replacement in wraps, sandwiches, or as a dip.
Ingredients1 15oz can cannellini beans (white kidney beans) drained and rinsed 2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Drain and rinse beans.
Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate in air tight container for up to 5 days.
Yield: 24 Servings
