Using the psychology of behavior change, mindfulness, and self-compassion, she partners with clients and deeply listens to their wants and needs. She understands how other lifestyle behaviors, not just nutrition, affect our health, and she has a holistic approach to guiding her clients toward their ideal vision of wellness.
