Presenter Biography

Linda Shiue, MD, Chef, Dip ABLM, is an internal, lifestyle, and culinary medicine physician and professionally trained chef. She is the director of culinary medicine and lifestyle medicine at Kaiser Permanente, where she founded a teaching kitchen for patients and a consultation service in lifestyle and culinary medicine and created a culinary medicine elective.
