Workshop 👉 Strategic Nutrition: Pleasing Picky Eaters

healthy lifestyle workshop

Getting the nutrition your family needs shouldn’t turn into a nightly standoff at the dinner table. If you’re trying to boost fiber and nutrients but living with a picky eater, you’re not alone, and you’re not doing anything wrong.

In this workshop, we’ll talk about simple, realistic ways to add more nutrition to the foods your family already likes. Think blending legumes into a favorite soup, stirring them into sauces, or adding them to smoothies, small shifts that make a big difference without changing the flavors and textures everyone is used to.

You’ll walk away with practical, doable strategies to help your family reach fiber goals in a way that feels flexible, calm, and sustainable, because healthy eating should feel supportive, not stressful.
