Ingredients

1 medium cucumber, grated
1 medium carrot, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
10 mint leaves, chopped
1 cup Greek yogurt

Directions

Grate the cucumber and carrot. Mix the grated veggies and the remaining ingredients well. Serve cold.
