Classic Tzatziki


A refreshing Greek dish prefect as a dip or topping.


1 medium cucumbers grated
1 medium carrots grated
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dill fresh, chopped
10 mint leaves chopped
1 cup Greek yogurt


Grate the cucumber and carrot.
Mix the grated veggies and the remaining ingredients well. Serve cold.
