Workshop: Simple Steps to Hormone Health
Hormone balance is a hot topic, and for good reason! Many people experience hormone-related health issues at some point in their lives. Whether you're dealing with low energy, slow metabolism, menopause, PCOS, or trying to find balance after stopping birth control, simple nutrition and lifestyle changes can help protect hormone health so both men and women feel their best.
In this workshop, registered dietician and women's health specialist Kayli Anderson will cover the basics of hormones, signs of hormone imbalances, and simple things you can do to support your hormone health.
Presenter Biography
Kayli Anderson, MS, RDN, DipACLM, FACLM is a registered dietitian certified in lifestyle medicine, women’s integrative medicine, intuitive eating, exercise physiology, and natural foods cooking. She serves as Lead Faculty of ACLM’s Food As Medicine Course and Co-chair of their Women’s Health Group. She is a fellow of ACLM and the creator of the educational website www.plantbasedmavens.com. She is a contributing author of three lifestyle medicine textbooks, including the first on women’s health.
