In this workshop, Dr. Aaron George discusses common symptoms and conditions, key lab tests to consider, and the insights your doctor wishes they had more time to share with you.
Presenter Biography
Dr. Aaron George serves as the Associate Dean for Clinical Education at the Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine in Hagerstown, Maryland. A family physician and health system leader, he is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He maintains an active clinical practice focused on the intersection of lifestyle, longevity, and whole-person care. Meritus has integrated an innovative nutrition and lifestyle curriculum designed to train physicians to address, target, and prevent the root causes of chronic disease through movement, nutrition, sleep, and stress management.
Dr. George was an Andlinger Fellow in Health Policy with the Center for Public Health in Vienna, Austria, where he studied models of care delivery. The author of multiple textbooks and book chapters on enhancing value in health care delivery, he writes and speaks nationally on topics including population health, medical education, and physician leadership. Dr. George brings an approachable, evidence-based perspective to discussions about health, habits, and thriving in the middle years of life.
