  • Teacher and Facilitator Guide – This guide integrates nutrition and gardening with math, science, and food safety. While originally geared toward older children and aligned with California Health Education Standards, the lessons are highly adaptable for any age or location, bringing an essential connection to food and nature to students everywhere. This guide bring the science of farming, nutrition, and hands-on cooking directly into the classroom from the Santa Clara Unified School District's K-8 summer program.
  • Quick Guide for Healthcare Providers – This single-page guide helps healthcare professionals support pediatric nutrition education and preventive care. It features structured discussion starters on topics like healthy eating, fiber diets, and food access.
