Tell Your Friends About Our Free Online Program

Our online, self-paced program is certified by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, recommended by physicians, and loved by members. It teaches people how to eat a high-fiber diet by adding fiber to meals they already eat, an approach proven to improve health and well-being.

A clinical review of this program, published in the American Journal of Health Promotion, demonstrated that participants “lost weight and reported increased energy and improved confidence in making healthy food choices.”

The program also features follow-up courses on weight loss and diabetes, as well as ongoing workshops, newsletters, and a vibrant Facebook community.
